Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Because we work with a network of print-on-demand and dropship suppliers, processing times may vary slightly by product.

  • Australia: Standard Delivery
  • International (select countries): Standard Delivery where available

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time estimates are provided by our fulfillment partners and may vary. We are currently confirming lead times with our suppliers and will update this section once confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment at no additional cost to you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Wild Velvet Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
