RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • Free of stains, odors, makeup, or pet hair
    • With original tags attached

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Accessories
  • Hats
  • Custom or preorder items

EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges are based on item availability.
  • If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

STORE CREDIT

  • Approved returns will receive store credit or refund to original payment method (your choice depending on how strict you want to be).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

SHIPPING RETURNS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
